Me

Wholistic mentor supporting women who live in constant responsibility to return to grounded presence, inner calm, and a more connected way of living, in trust & alignment.
My work focuses on awareness, various mindfulness and presence practices, nervous system regulation and embodied understanding.

My work

My work is rooted in lived experience - my own, and that of the women I’ve worked with and met over last years. My background is interdisciplinary. Before stepping fully into this work, I spent years in corporate environments, including marketing, premium client relationships and sales, corporate events, and banking - high-responsibility roles where structure, performance, decision-making, and results matter. Alongside this, I spent extended periods traveling solo. These experiences became an important reference point in my work and selected projects, informing how I understand clarity, self-trust, and embodied change in moments of transition.

Over the past years, I’ve worked closely with women in one-to-one setting, supporting them during periods of inner pressure, emotional overload, crisis, and disconnection - experiences that often accompany high-functioning, outwardly successful lives.

My approach integrates embodied awareness, breath, movement, emotional intelligence, and holistic fascia release principles. As a practitioner of Holistic Fascia Release, I work with the understanding that the body, nervous system, emotions, and lived experience are deeply interconnected. This perspective is woven naturally into my mentoring and facilitation work.

I don’t work with labels or fixed methods. I work with understanding, awareness and presence -creating spaces where women can return to themselves without force, fixing, or pressure. You’re not asked to fit a method. The process adapts to you.

My work is informed by trauma-aware principles and held with care, clear boundaries, and deep respect for each woman’s pace - honouring the intelligence of the body, the mind, and the inner world as one integrated whole.

Why

This work exists in response to a recurring pattern I’ve observed - both professionally and through lived experience. Many capable, intelligent, outwardly successful women reach a point where structure, achievement, and responsibility no longer provide the clarity or stability they once did. At that point, fulfilment, happiness, and the meaning of success are naturally redefined. Many carry a quiet knowing that something essential has been set aside - and a desire to return to their authentic selves. Despite strong lives and proven competence, there is often a sense of internal pressure, misalignment, or quiet exhaustion that cannot be resolved through strategy alone.

At this threshold, traditional approaches can feel insufficient. Coaching may focus too narrowly on performance and outcomes, while therapeutic frameworks can feel overly problem-oriented or disconnected from the realities of high-functioning lives.

What is often missing is a grounded, intelligent space that honours both inner experience and lived responsibility. This work was shaped to meet that space.

It supports women as they move from operating under constant pressure into a more embodied sense of presence and alignment; from over-functioning into clearer inner orientation;
and from uncertainty into a steadier, more integrated way of relating to their lives and decisionsGrounded in themselves and in their bodies, with a deep sense of inner peace.
Guided by intuition, in trust of themselves, and in relationship with God, a higher force, and the unknown.

Rather than offering another framework to follow, this work creates the conditions for clarity to emerge - through mentoring sessions, connection with the body, the nervous system, and one’s own internal intelligence.

The aim is not transformation through force, but re-orientation through understanding - allowing direction, trust, and agency to rebuild from a place that feels stable, grounded, and real.

Exploration as a way of living

I’ve always been drawn to diverse experiences - different cultures, ways of living, perspectives and rhythms of life. Travel has been one of my greatest teachers. Through solo journeys and living in different countries, I learned how profoundly environment, culture and movement shape our inner world. Each place becomes a mirror - not only for growth, but also for joy, playfulness and expansion.

A holistic view of life

I see the human being as an integrated whole - body, mind, soul, emotions and inner world are inseparable. My work and life are guided by this perspective: health, clarity and alignment emerge when we honour all layers of our experience, rather than separating or fixing them. This holistic lens informs how I mentor, how I live, and how I make decisions.

Quality, nature and conscious living

I value quality over excess - in health, nourishment, environments and everyday choices. Living close to nature, choosing natural products, real food and simplicity are not trends for me, but a way of staying connected to what is essential and grounding. For me, quality is a form of respect - for the body, for life, and for time.

Sovereignty and self-trust

At the core of my work is sovereignty - supporting women in reconnecting with their inner authority, trust and autonomy. Not by pushing change, but by creating the conditions where clarity, confidence and direction can arise naturally. A sovereign woman lives from within, not from expectation.

A love for life itself

I love life - its diversity, beauty and contradictions. Exploration, learning, meaningful conversations, different cultures and ways of being keep my work and perspective alive. This curiosity and openness are part of what I bring into every space I hold.
